Improve Your Life. Get a Jury.
Jury Day
Gather the jury. If the pool is more than 12, the others will be alternates. Watch, so they may serve if called.
00:00 Pass out written Complaint, and reply, and response.
00:15 Each juror deposits a white marble or a black marble into the glass jar, visible to all. This will establish prejudice based on current knowledge of the case. A black marble favors the plaintiff; a white marble favors the defendant.
NOTE: AT ANY POINT IN TIME DURING THE HEARING, a juror may remove the marble he first added, and change to the other color. People change as they learn. We are particularly interested today in what information or argument may be effective, and what information or argument may be ineffective. This makes our educational exercise a little different than real life.

00:35 Defendant reply to charges (15 minutes)
